Concerts du chœur du Stift
Souffles de la Terre
La chorale du Stift vous invite à découvrir son nouveau programme choral Souffles de la Terre, un voyage émotionnel au cœur de notre humanité et de son lien fragile avec le monde qui l'entoure. Entre engagement écologique et envol spirituel, les pièces choisies font résonner les voix pour dire l'urgence de ce qui nous menace et la beauté de ce qui nous unit. Chaque œuvre devient un souffle : parfois cri d’alarme, parfois murmure apaisant, toujours porteur de sens.
Le répertoire comprend notamment le Earth Song de Michael Jackson (Arr. L. Maierhofer) et celui de Franck Ticheli, un cri du cœur pour la planète et une remise en question de nos actes. Big Yellow Taxi, de Joni Mitchell (Arr. M. & A. Podd), une critique satyrique et rythmée de l'urbanisation aux dépens de la nature, Famine Song de Matthew Culloton, inspirée par les tisseuses soudanaises, une œuvre poignante sur la survie et l'espoir, Requiem d’Eliza Gilkyson (Arr. C.H. Johnson), une prière apaisante dédiée aux victimes des catastrophes naturelles.
Des chants traditionnels tels que A te tarakihi et Okâwimâw Askiy viennent enfin élargir l’horizon de cette fresque sonore, en puisant dans des cultures lointaines une sagesse ancienne et un profond respect du vivant.
À travers ces souffles de la Terre, la chorale du Stift propose un moment de partage, de réflexion et d’espérance, où les voix s’unissent pour célébrer la vie, la mémoire et notre responsabilité commune.
La chorale du Stift est dirigée par Chloé Rozaire, étudiante en piano à la Haute École des Arts du Rhin (HEAR). Musicienne polyvalente, elle est la cheffe du Chœur des jeunes au sein de l'ensemble vocal et orchestral Le Bon Tempérament (basé à Saverne). À Strasbourg, elle s'investit au sein de l'ARES (Association des Résidents de l'Esplanade) en tant qu'intervenante en formation musicale et chant choral, ainsi que professeure de piano. Passionnée par la transmission, elle aime animer des ateliers de chant participatif et entreprendre des projets choraux polyphoniques.

Gespräch mit Dr. Ellen Ueberschaer
Dr. Ellen Ueberschär (born in 1967 in East Berlin) began her theological studies at the Sprachenkonvikt in Berlin in 1988. Prior to this, she had already been actively engaged in advocating for democratic change through her involvement in Protestant youth organisations.
Following various roles, including that of General Secretary of the German Protestant Church Congress, she served on the board of the Heinrich Böll Foundation, a political foundation, from 2017 to 2022. Since 2022, she is Chair of the Executive Board of the Stephanus Foundation in Berlin-Weißensee, a major social welfare organization
Dr. Ellen Ueberschär (* 1967 in Ost-Berlin) begann 1988 das Studium der Theologie am Sprachenkonvikt Berlin. Schon zuvor hatte sie sich in der Evangelischen Jugendarbeit für demokratische Veränderungen in der DDR eingesetzt. Nach Stationen u.a. als Generalsekretärin des Deutschen Evangelischen Kirchentages gehörte sie von 2017 bis 2022 dem Vorstand der Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung an, einer politischen Stiftung. Seit 2022 ist sie Vorstandsvorsitzende der Stephanus-Stiftung in Berlin-Weißensee, eines großen diakonischen Trägers.
